She earned an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School and is a LEED BD+C Accredited Professional and Certified Sustainable Building Advisor. Having experience working for general contractors, architects, engineers, green material suppliers, and a pervious concrete subcontractor, she employs a system-thinking, holistic approach to sustainability. Her passion is finding solutions for her clients that support their lifestyle and equitable, climate positive design. She specializes in green building certification strategies and green material selection. When she's not championing green building initiatives, you can find her planting native plants in her garden and exploring culinary delights.

Todd is the Founder of Rūvtop. He and his wife have 2 daughters, a dog, and at some point he started a quest for a better home, and then another better home, and then a better home to downsize to. His path in green building began in 2006, sparked by the births of his daughters and the compelling narrative of 'The Inconvenient Truth'. He started with the Sustainable Building Advisor Program. He soon earned his LEED AP credential and became a proud member of the Northwest EcoBuilding Guild. Most recently, he earned his Sustainable Homes Professional credential in 2021. Rūvtop is the result of this journey and the amazing people he has worked with. In his role at the U.S. Green Building Council, Todd plays a pivotal part in fostering the development of healthier, more sustainable homes and buildings worldwide. When away from his desk, Todd enjoys the simple pleasure of being outdoors, ideally on the water or in the mountains.
